We saw the chance to frame this landmark as the runway for Nagpur’s next‑gen enterprises—and the developer trusted us to tell that story.
Approach
We coined the rallying cry “Nagpur Takes Wing,” designed a sleek identity, produced an aspiration‑rich brochure, wrapped the site fascia in bold geometry, and launched a microsite with virtual fly‑throughs to spark bookings.
Impact
Early buzz drew anchor tenants before ground‑break; investments and bookings are now open with a narrative that continues to grab media attention.
